Added report to reveal usage of parking area over time on week bases.

Account specific number is shown in clearing details window.
Added PDM number to selection window for SW upload.
SMS message forwarding is shorter to save the costs.
Bug fixes
Fixed license plate bonus server error.
Fixed error in revenue / amount statistic (in case that PDM reported no income for the payment method).
All logs goes now to pcontrol.log.
It is safe do delete directory …\logs\pcontrol\pdm.
